Co-Founder & CEO

Diane Coward

Diane Coward is co-founder and CEO of REVision West,and Lineametrics Group. Ms Coward holds an architecture degree from UC Berkeley with a specialty in green design. In addition to her design work, Ms. Coward has over 20 years working in leadership positions in the non-profit sector as well as a strong commitment to social justice, smart growth and equity. Ms.Coward founded and ran her own restaurant for many years and volunteers at many levels in the community.

Brendan Connolly

Brendan Connolly is co-founder and President of REVision West. Brendan has been working in real estate development and construction on the Monterey Peninsula since 2002, and is the CEO and President of Wayfinder Development Inc., a full-service general contracting company serving the Monterey Peninsula. Brendan has a degree in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley, and proudly served as a firefighter and paramedic in Monterey for eight years.

Chandler McCoy, AIA

Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master's Degree from Columbia University. Mr. McCoy has over 20 years experience in design, planning and historic preservation work. Most recently he has been the Associate Director of Planning for the Presidio Trust of San Francisco. Mr. McCoy is an expert on the preservation and conservation of the modern movement, founded the Northern California Chapter of DOCOMOMO and is currently a Senior Program Officer at the Getty Conservation Institute

Monique Reece, Certified Public Accountant

Monique has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation, specializing in small and closely-held businesses. Monique serves as a trusted advisor to several businesses, guiding them in their compliance and strategic planning endeavors. Monique holds a Bachelors Degree from Stanford University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Tom Graul, AIA

Mr. Graul holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Graul has been instrumental in many large projects nationally as well as internationally. He served as Project Architect for the Getty Center Development in Los Angeles, with Richard Meier & Partners. Mr. Graul has worked with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, Tom Erickson, and Architectonica among other notable firms.

Design Technology Associate

Ivan Millan

Ivan studied Industrial Design at San Jose State University. He fell in love with the design process and problem solving techniques. Having designed more than 15 prototypes and being a part of more than 5 start-up companies, he has learned the value of design and its principles. With over 10 years of experience in design and fabrication, Ivan has learned that functionality is the key to any successful design. At Revision West he brings his valuable design skills and helps with graphic work as well as 3D visualization models.

Office Manager/Finance Assistant

Yasmine Kalafat

Yasmine Kalafat is the Office Manager and Finance Assistant at REVision West. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University, she gained more than 15 years of Office Management/Executive Assistant experience working in legal, automotive, start-up, and construction industries supporting C-level executives and departments as large as 70.

Senior Administrative and Financial Specialist

Toan Nguyen

Toan Nguyen, an accomplished Finance and Administrative professional with over 20 years of experience, specializes in start-ups. He leads administrative operations, providing expert guidance in HR, finance, and government contracts. Toan excels in training, coaching, and supporting staff while overseeing corporate records and events. His work ensures regulatory compliance and enhances company interests.
