RE:VISION WEST serves the Central Coast's growing need for new housing with a commitment to delivering results that meet the highest standards. In particular, we are dedicated to exploring creative ways to increase workforce-level housing that encompass the principles of Regenerative Communities.

Co-Founder & CEO

Diane Coward

Diane Coward is co-founder and CEO of REVision West,and Lineametrics Group. Ms Coward holds an architecture degree from UC Berkeley with a specialty in green design. In addition to her design work, Ms. Coward has over 20 years working in leadership positions in the non-profit sector as well as a strong commitment to social justice, smart growth and equity. Ms.Coward founded and ran her own restaurant for many years and volunteers at many levels in the community.

Brendan Connolly

Brendan Connolly is co-founder and President of REVision West. Brendan has been working in real estate development and construction on the Monterey Peninsula since 2002, and is the CEO and President of Wayfinder Development Inc., a full-service general contracting company serving the Monterey Peninsula. Brendan has a degree in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley, and proudly served as a firefighter and paramedic in Monterey for eight years.

Chandler McCoy, AIA

Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master's Degree from Columbia University. Mr. McCoy has over 20 years experience in design, planning and historic preservation work. Most recently he has been the Associate Director of Planning for the Presidio Trust of San Francisco. Mr. McCoy is an expert on the preservation and conservation of the modern movement, founded the Northern California Chapter of DOCOMOMO and is currently a Senior Program Officer at the Getty Conservation Institute

Monique Reece, Certified Public Accountant

Monique has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation, specializing in small and closely-held businesses. Monique serves as a trusted advisor to several businesses, guiding them in their compliance and strategic planning endeavors. Monique holds a Bachelors Degree from Stanford University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Operations Manager

Christine McCabe

Christine brings over a decade of experience from The Home Depot, complemented by a proven track record with several startup home builders. She has developed deep expertise in operations management, office administration, HR functions, and financial operations. As the Operations Manager at REVisionWest, Christine excels in streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and fostering highly efficient workplace environments. Renowned for her exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and strategic problem-solving, she is dedicated to driving the success and growth of REVisionWest.

Policy and Research Specialist

Gabriel Sanders

Gabriel holds a Bachelor's Degree from UC Davis in International Relations and a Master's in Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey. Gabriel's expertise in housing policy stems from his work for the California Department of Housing and Community Development, prominent Monterey County policy advocacy organizations, and successful pro-housing political campaigns across California over the last five years. An innovator with an eye for unique opportunities, Gabriel specializes in finding avenues to ensure project feasibility and affordability for both developer and end-user.

Janine Garcia is a highly skilled professional currently working at RevisionWest, where she applies her extensive experience in administrative staff management, information systems oversight, HR responsibilities, and executive assistance. Her technical expertise encompasses database administration, project management, and technical support for both hardware and software. Janine's collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication to achieving company goals make her an invaluable asset to the RevisionWest team.
