Diane is co-founder and CEO of RE:Vision West, and Lineametrics Group. Ms. Coward holds an architecture degree from UC Berkeley with a specialty in green design. In addition to her design work, Ms. Coward has over 20 years working in leadership positions in the non-profit sector as well as a strong commitment to social justice, smart growth and equity. Ms. Coward founded and ran her own restaurant for many years and volunteers at many levels in the community.

Brendan is co-founder and President of RE:Vision West. Brendan has been working in real estate development and construction on the Monterey Peninsula since 2002, and is the CEO and President of Wayfinder Development Inc., a full-service general contracting company serving the Monterey Peninsula. Brendan has a degree in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley, and proudly served as a firefighter and paramedic in Monterey for eight years.

Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master's Degree from Columbia University. Mr. McCoy has over 20 years experience in design, planning and historic preservation work. Most recently he has been the Associate Director of Planning for the Presidio Trust of San Francisco. Mr. McCoy is an expert on the preservation and conservation of the modern movement, founded the Northern California Chapter of DOCOMOMO and is currently a Senior Program Officer at the Getty Conservation Institute

Monique has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation, specializing in small and closely-held businesses. Monique serves as a trusted advisor to several businesses, guiding them in their compliance and strategic planning endeavors. Monique holds a Bachelors Degree from Stanford University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Tina helps keep projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly. With over 20 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles, she brings a steady, hands-on approach to moving work forward and maintaining strong organization. Her background includes property management, project coordination, and event logistics, giving her a natural ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping communication clear and teams aligned. She contributes to keeping projects aligned and progressing in support of RE:Vision West community-focused work.

Clay has built his career around managing complex projects, fostering strong relationships, and finding creative solutions to challenges. He enjoys the variety that comes with real estate and thrives in environments where each day presents a new challenge, opportunity, or project.
At RE:Vision West, Clay brings an enthusiastic, creative, and conscientious approach to advancing the company’s mission of creating human-centered, community-enhancing opportunities and projects. His day-to-day spans a broad range of projects and responsibilities, from development and renovation to property and project management, allowing him to contribute wherever he is needed most.

Janine is a highly skilled professional currently working at RE:Vision West, where she applies her extensive experience in administrative staff management, information systems oversight, HR responsibilities, and executive assistance. Her technical expertise encompasses database administration, project management, and technical support for both hardware and software. Janine's collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication to achieving company goals make her an invaluable asset to the RE:Vision West team.
