Multi-family Units in Marina Soon to Break Ground

Revision West recently received its planning permit for constructing three 5-plex buildings comprising 15 units totaling approximately12,000gsf in the heart of Marina. This is our first foray into multi-family with Shibusa Systems and our new construction partner Marvulli Commercial; and will be a precedent setting project for Monterey County in delivering attainable, sustainable, healthy housing for the Missing Middle in record time and without subsidies. We will be submitting for building permits within the next few weeks with the intent to break ground in late summer, completing all 3 buildings within 20-26 weeks from foundation to move-in.  Stay tuned and watch our time lapse videos on the website or schedule an on-site tour with us.

Phase 2 for Cass St Monterey Multi-family

With water availability finally in sight, we have officially kicked-off moving forward to add an additional 8 units onto our Cass Street site.  We plan on adding one 5-plex similar to the ones going up in Marina along with a new tri-plex model from Shibusa Systems.  Renderings are coming soon to our website!
