Monterey SFR Building System Sample: Smooth Sailing with Planning Commission
Our Monterey project breezed through the December Planning Commission meeting with unanimous approval – a heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated Planning Commission Members! The next steps include Architectural Review, and pending a smooth process, we'll be submitting for a building permit. Our sights are set on a Spring groundbreaking.
Exclusive Project Viewings: Coming Soon!
Stay tuned for an exclusive opportunity to witness the Monterey project as it unfolds. We're developing a process to allow visitors to view the construction progress. Given the rapid assembly of our chosen building system, we anticipate having a fully completed project ready for tours within approximately 3 months of breaking ground.
Marina Multi-Family Units: Promising Plans in Motion
Simultaneously, we're making strides on the Marina multi-family units. In the planning phase, we're envisioning 15 units, including 6 studios, 3 one-bedroom units, and 6 three-bedroom, two-bath units. While we navigate the legal landscape to confirm the feasibility of this unit count, our optimism remains high. All units are slated to be workforce-priced rentals, with a focus on designing the studios to be low-income housing. Although there's still work to be done, our current outlook is promising, and we're confident in reaching our goals.
