A Few of Our Past Projects

Located in or near popular neighborhood business districts, these projects are transit-oriented and close to services and amenities. The financial programs that created these projects included a range of income, ranging from very low to market rate rents.

Main Street House, Portland

Creating density on a formerly single- family zoned lot

This project took a historic house on an oversized lot and created 3 affordable rentals including a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit. Tenants enjoy shared backyard amenities while maintaining their privacy.

NE Alberta Street, Portland

One building leads to the revitalization of an entire commercial district

This infill project is located within an opportunity zone. Working with the local business community, we established a business association. As a result, it was designated a “Performing Main Street” program, bringing benefits to the surrounding neighborhood as well. It has now transitioned to one of the most popular neighborhoods in NE Portland.

Emerson Street Duplex, Portland

Finding creative rent solutions supports & builds stronger families

Located near the popular Historic Mississippi business district, we rented the upstairs house at market rate, which enabled us to rent the lower unit to a very low-income family. The mom completed an AA degree at the nearby Community College and the two girls were accepted to 4-year universities.
